It's a Blur

When I look back at this past week, it's pretty much of a blur...shopping, phone calls, all the kids and their families arriving, eating, more shopping, more eating, playing with grandchildren, warm weather, twinkling Christmas tree lights, playing hide the comb, watching videos, turkey, bacon on the turkey, bacon disappearing from off the turkey, 5 kinds of stuffing, lots of yummy potatoes (2 kinds) and tasty green beans, 5 different pies, candy, hula hooping, lots of picture taking, playing hide the pickle, funny socks, haircuts, opening doors to let some cool air in, sleeping with 4 grandchildren in our room, Roger making egg McMuffins, cribbage, toys scattered throughout the house, violin concert, dance performances, chatting, laughing, two turtle doves and a partridge in a pear tree.
It's a blur, but a memorable one.
